Working in a fun, highly rewarding & successful team, this role will see you predominantly supporting the agents from a database management perspective. Including a mix of over-the-phone, one on one and small group scenarios, your busy day will include but not be limited to: - Supporting the sales team with database tips and training
- Identifying and implementing new processes and procedures for the office
- Compliance including monitoring and reporting on licensing renewals
- Some event management and coordination
Whilst you will need to be customer service focused, pro-active and a problem solver, you don t need to have a real estate background (although it is preferred). Someone for this role could be coming out of a call centre, the retail industry or have a demonstrated strong track record in customer support.
