Senior Property Manager - Melbourne's CBD
Are you looking for a Property Management role with a twist?

We are currently working exclusively with one of Melbourne's premier Property & Development companies to secure a Senior Property Manager to head up their new residential Property Management division. 

This is a rare & exciting opportunity to create & mould your perfect Property Management Department. Starting with a tiny portfolio of 40 brand new apartments the successful candidate will be responsible for establishing new Property management systems & procedures while focussing on Business Development. 
 
As this is an autonomous role, our client is seeking a highly experienced candidate with at least 5 years Property Management experience who is dedicated to delivering high level customer service.
 
Best of all NO SATURDAY WORK! This is a Monday to Friday role.   

As the Senior Property Manager your role will include:
  • Managing a corporate portfolio of 40 properties with a view to grow
  • Working closely with the Project Marketing team to secure apartments in completing developments
  • Sourcing new business opportunities
  • Arranging and conducting rental appraisals
  • Marketing of new business listings
  • Maintaining existing and developing relationships
  • Liaising with tenants and landlords
  • Rent arrears
  • Routine Inspections
  • Lease and rent reviews
  • Organising maintenance
  • Final vacate inspections
  • Attending VCAT when required
  • Organising repairs & maintenance
  • Providing first class customer service
The successful candidate will be:
  • An experienced Property Manager who is able to establish modern Property Management systems & procedures
  • An outgoing & friendly person with a strong customer service focus
  • Able to work autonomously
  • Strong flair for Business Development
  • Have a passion for the industry and a good sense of humour
  • Professional presentation
  • Outstanding time management, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
  • Current Agents Representative Certificate, drivers license & reliable vehicle
Eligibility Criteria:

An Agents Representative Certificate is a MUST (Legal requirement) 
5 years + Residential Property Management experience 
Drivers licence 
Reliable vehicle
