An opportunity has become available for a motivated and determined person to join a company specialising in the supply of industrial, safety and commercial products to the corporate, commercial and residential market. The role consists of working within the showroom and office environment assisting customers with their enquiries and with the purchase of equipment. You will be required to provide a soft selling but persuasive approach to corporate clients understanding their needs and expectations and encouraging their repeat business. Key Responsibilities: - Exceptional Customer service - Identifying client needs and assisting with selection of products - Sales of products - Attending to internal phone enquiries - Maintaining the Showroom in its presentation and upkeep - Assisting in the warehouse as required The ideal candidate will be a mature minded person with strong customer service experience, minimum of 3-5 years Retail sales experience from an industrial background, a gentle but persuasive selling approach, corporate presentation & excellent communication skills. Additional Requirements: - Year 12 or equivalent - Trade experience desirable - Grade 12 Licence preferred - Forklift Licence preferred The successful candidate will also be required to complete and pass a Psych Assessment, Medical and Criminal Background Check in order to be offered the role. Your enthusiasm and a genuine interest in career progression will also be strongly regarded.
