An exceptional opportunity is now available for an experienced Administrator to join a reputable market leader based in Mt Waverley for a 6 month role. This is a rare part-time opportunity, offering school hours (9am-3pm), four days per week. As the pivotal coordinator for this busy, thriving team your responsibilities are varied and will include scheduling and control of a product fleet, including various administration functions associated with this (ie: purchasing, leasing, reporting). You will also be required to handle customer claims, various reporting functions and various other administration based tasks. As this role is broad in nature, it requires you to have a vast skill set. You must have exceptional communication skills and MS office skills to match. Your ability to multi-task whilst working in a deadline driven environment will cement your position within this fantastic business.
