Our client is a leading automotive distributor with branches and operations throughout the South Pacific. They are well established and have been operating throughout the region for a number of decades and carry a number of iconic and trusted automotive brands.
 
We are currently searching for an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to expand the business and increase the profit and revenue generated in the new and used vehicles market.
 
This position would be based in Lae and will be responsible for a sales team spread across multiple sites throughout northern PNG. The role will be primarily office based but will require some travel to the other branches within the region as and when required.
 
To be successful in the role you should have previously held a similar sales management position with a leading automotive brand. This person must also have good communication and leadership skills to manage and motivate a multicultural workforce and be able to work and thrive in a challenging environment.
