Your Duties Will Include:
- Database management;
- Pre-sales and marketing activities;
- Working directly with the Business Development Manager (BDM), providing support on business opportunities within NSW:
- Identifying leads for new business opportunities with NSW clients;
- Appointment setting;
- Ad-hoc tasks for BDM;
Key Selection Criteria:
- Friendly and warm personality, with the ability to develop relationships with colleagues and clients alike;
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills;
- Ability to research using Internet Explorer;
- Superior communication skills;
- Professional and polite telephone manner;
- Attention to detail;
- Time management;
- Goal and task orientated;
Eligibility Criteria:
· NOT completed any qualification above a Certificate II;
· Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or a New Zealand Citizen that has resided in Australia for more than 6 months.
