- An intimate working knowledge of the polymers/plastics industry
- The ability to build rapport with people at all levels quickly
- An ability and willingness to prospect continually for new business
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and time management skills
- Tertiary or trade qualifications in a mechanical or electrical engineering discipline will be well regarded.
