This exceptional organisation are now looking for an outstanding Customer Technical Support person to join their organisation to cover a maternity leave contract and be part of a team of dedicated, enthusiastic and committed individuals.
As an important member of the Technical Support team, some of your key duties in this position are to:

Respond quickly and effectively to customer technical enquiries and requests
-
Be a valuable resource to internal and external customers with respect to product technical information
-
Build an exceptional level of respect with customers
-
Investigate, resolve and document customer concerns, escalating where required
-
Provide an interface between the customer and the company
-
Monitor and expand QA programs and other post market surveillance activities involving the company’s products
To be successful in this important role, some of your skills and knowledge will include:
-
Bachelor of Science or equivalent
-
Experience or background in infectious disease, chemical pathology or endocrinology
-
An understanding of or experience in in-vitro and/or point-of-care diagnostics
-
Highly developed written and oral communication skills
-
Strong organisational skills
-
Proven ability in problem-solving
