Our client who is seeking an experienced FCL cartage coordinator to join their Sydney Operations team.

The candidate must come from a transport / cartage coordinator role previoulsy and be able to work independently.

Your duties will consist of but not be limited to:

  • Monitoring cargo availability with terminals and CFS
  • Monitoring SCA status's
  • Booking and monitoring Quarantine Inspections
  • Arranging pick ups and deliveries
  • Keeping the customer updated at all times regarding their deliveries
  • Advising the customer of any delays
  • Providing POD's as requested
  • System Maintenance
  • General customer service
  • Any other duties as set out by management

Key strengths required:

  • Been in a similar role previously before
  • Great communication skills
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Positive attitude
  • Strong work ethic
