Our client is a leading international provider of integrated logistics services, providing support to the industry Worldwide Air and Sea freight. They have loyal clients who are treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. Due to expansion - Massive changes have occurred in this organization opening many doors for new recruits! Most recent is for a customer service person to join a very successful team! Duties will include: - Looking after your own portfolio of clients
- Client visits
- Freight detective (track & trace)
- Inbound and outbound customer care calls
- Troubleshooting (not too much as their service is excellent to start with)
- Quotations
- Up selling to existing clients
- After sales care
Having ownership of your own client portfolio is a plus for this varied role.
