We are currently seeking an experienced Logistics Administration Officer to join our Central Coast based client, a diversified, global company who is a leading provider of electronic products. This role will suit someone who thrives in a busy environment with a positive 'can do' attitude. Previous experience in warehousing and distribution will be highly regarded as will experience in export processing. Duties and Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate all product export and related shipping documentation
- Ensure compliance with shipping instructions
- Liaise with transport companies
- Record, process and monitor data within the MRP system
- Deliver timely and effective communication/information to customers
- Perform administration tasks to support the companies logistics and warehouse functions
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
Skills & Attributes: - Computers: Proficient in both MS Excel & MS Word
- Exposure to an MRP system would be advantageous
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
