We are currently seeking an experienced Logistics Administration Officer to join our Central Coast based client, a diversified, global company who is a leading provider of electronic products.
 
This role will suit someone who thrives in a busy environment with a positive 'can do' attitude. Previous experience in warehousing and distribution will be highly regarded as will experience in export processing.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all product export and related shipping documentation
  • Ensure compliance with shipping instructions
  • Liaise with transport companies
  • Record, process and monitor data within the MRP system
  • Deliver timely and effective communication/information to customers
  • Perform administration tasks to support the companies logistics and warehouse functions
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports
Skills & Attributes:
  • Computers:  Proficient in both MS Excel & MS Word
  • Exposure to an MRP system would be advantageous
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
