As one of the market's leading 3PL transport companies, our client provides a wide range of cold chain services to producers, manufacturers and retailers from pallet storage and transport to complex supply chain solutions.
 
Due to internal promotion they are now looking to appoint an experienced Fleet Controller to join the team south of Brisbane..  Reporting directly to the Depot Manager, you will be responsible for managing the truck movements in and out of the facility with a specific responsibility for DIFOT requirements of the customer base.
 
Key responsibilities:

• Driver Management
• Customer Service
• Planning future workloads and schedules
• Fleet Allocation
• OH&S, Compliance and Fatigue Management

To be considered for the role it is desired that you possess:

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar Allocation role
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Experience with managing client expectations and requirements

It would also be desirable if you have experience in allocating and timeslotting a medium sized fleet of refrigerated vehicles within a high volume, time critical environment.
