My client a leading Pharma Services organisation has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Production Team Leader/Manager to join this busy Production Environment. Reporting into the Operations Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of day to day management of the facility including;

• Production
• Budgets & Financial controls
• Inventory management, and
• Dispatch

To be considered for this role you will have a sound background in LEAN Manufacturing & continuous improvement with previous experience ensuring the efficient operation and management of a Production facility. Essential to you success in this role will be your prior experience in;

• cGMP
• Broad computer & Software systems knowledge
• Automated packaging equipment
• People Management
• Pharmaceutical packaging will be ideal
• experience with TGA standards would be beneficial
